I have the lowest of hope in the draft anyways so fuck it. We need a GM!!!

Bottom line, we need a Token Cracker in the Slot:

Riley Cooper (Tebow's BFF)
Jordan Shipley

Run Stuffing MLB:

Rolando McClain
B. Spikes

Dominant O-Tackle:
Ant Davis

Guard:
Iupati

Nickel CB:

Sidquan Thompson

Token Latino Raider of the Decades (Fargas is out):

TE Aaron Hernandez

Center:

Pouncey

Since we need a KR and some versatility in the run game, I opt for a scat-back in the mold of a Sproles, and we aint getting Spiller, and McCluster is McBuster. A projected UFA, Trindon Holliday, a RB from LSU...5'5" 4.27 40yd d..

Micah Johnson is progected to go in round 4 or 5 because of his injury. He didn't play much this year, he won't be at the Combine, & he won't have a Pro Day or any individual workouts. Think Michael Bush when he was drafted. Same senario.

He will be gone before the 5th...

he is a little different than Bush... Bush was a wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bigger gamble. Some said it was possible Bush may never play again.

If some team feels that his knee isn't an issue.. they can pull on him much earlier than the 4th

well, either way I'd like to get Micah Johnson. Great upside & value if we can get him in one those middle rounds. Washington MLB Donald Butler is another option as well in the 3rd or 4th rounds.

Im sick of guys who are one hit away from not being in the league (Higgins, McFadden, etc..) thats why i dont want McCluster, especially a one trick pony who never carried the load..You dont take a return guy that high unless he has a lot of upside at another position.

Aaron Hernandez has cool, colorful tatoos, shows a great deal of GRIT, and POISE on the field, and he's latino. We need a guy that can replace Fargas and his AK47 tatoo...

Yeah, Pouncey is projected as a much better prospect than last year's Alex Mack, and wouldnt be mad if we got him...

Think about how much run blocking he had to do on the option plays where he started out in pass protection, then switched gears mid-play...I would love a move like that, even if it meant not drafting a guard, and moving Satele to the right or something.

We could use a TE like Aaron Hernandez. He's a vertical TE, a threat in the passing game, & RedZone. Zach Miller & Brandon Myers can block very well, & Tony Stewart sucks at both. We don't need Tony Stewart for Special Teams anymore, because Brandon Myers has proven he can play on Special Teams, & play it much better than Stewart can. I like the idea of having 2 TE threats in the passing game. Besides, JaMarcus seems to only be able to hit the TE's, so maybe we should draft another one. lol

yeah, we can all sit on here wishing all we want for the players we like, & imagining this & that. But, we all know in the end it's Al Davis who makes the picks. And Al always picks the players we least want, need, & he reaches in the process. So we may as well not get our hopes up, & just pray the 1st pick isn't Jason Pierre-Paul, Joe Haden, Eric Berry, or Taylor Mays. That's all we can do is hope. And the Raiders have left us fans with little hope.

this years draft could be a blessing to us, due to the fact that Al likes to draft by height, weight, speed. This years draft is really deep with talent, & there's tons of good players that have the Al measurables that can actually play. So Al may not miss on his picks as much as years past. The more I go over this draft pool, the more I like what's to offer. This is a good draft class. It's deep in O-Linemen & D-Linemen, & there's a lot of nice LB's.

what is the point really

Because JaMarcus needs an entire army of TE's around him to complete routine passes. I'm sure we will draft for the O-line, Al has no choice this year. We have 5 O-Linemen hitting Free Agency, & they all aren't coming back. We can draft linemen, & get a vertical TE.

So you would rather go ahead and waste a pick
on a TE, when brandon myers was just picked last year
was good in camp, according to david white and jerry mc blog posts,
very good in preseason..

u would rather not wait on him,

than draft a Right Tackle and have Big fatass cornell false starting every 10 minutes.. abd Softsan Satele get fuked over all the time

I watched Myers make a clutch fumble/recovery on ST during the Bengals game, which helped us win..the play happened right in front of us...dude is going to be clutch...I was kidding about Hernandez in the first place...

Front and right of O-line is #1 priority. Plus a key swing backup NOT named Eric Pears or IR Marten, or Marcus Johnson. Scrap Khalif. Green etc..

As far as center, I think a couple good ones might pop up in FA...Mawae is a possibility..

^ This.

I want (and of course won't) see us draft (mind you that's ignoring FA and some of these needs will need to be filled there instead):

Primary Needs
OL - C, RG and RT
DL - DT (run stuffer-type)
LB - MLB, SLB, WLB
Pass Rusher

Secondary Needs
QB
KR/PR
WR
CB

As FA happens and we can fill out some of these needs, cause obviously one draft will not be enough, we don't that many picks, but for now, it's the "big list" - IMO.

Maryland OT Bruce Campbell is the pick at #8 FOR SURE! He ran a 4.78 unofficially, his official time was 4.85, & he looks like he's chizzled outta stone. He's tearing the Combine the fuck up today! If indeed we are going OT round 1 this year, then Al Davis cannot pass up on Campbell.

This draft is knee deep at the TE position. I would wait until round six or seven. Get a TE that can become an extra blocker in obvious goaline situation, and a player who can help out the coverage unit on special teams.

We do not need three new linebackers. More than anything else, we probably need a better Middle Linebacker that doesn't get run over.

We do, however, need two defensive tackles if we don't pick up warren's bonus.

WR? Already have 4-5...

KR/PR.. I agree. Gary RUSSEL sucks and JLH has lost his confidence.

50/50 on corner. Best option may be to move Routte outside and bump CJ inside where he is better suited.

There isn't allow of tape on Campbell as he only played in 17 games. He isn't a finish product yet. Some people (mayock and one of the other guys doing combine) compared his game to Gaithers who the Ravens took in the supplementary back a couple years ago.

After Okung, there is probably various opinions of who is the best tackle.

For me, i would rather Iupati at #8.. Might as well take the best guard.

Some teams have a mid-round grade on Broose Cambill, and his game film is terrible. Looks like he'll make us 4/4 in top 10 busts the past 4 years.

Greatnuzz!! :suicide:

There isn't allow of tape on Campbell as he only played in 17 games. He isn't a finish product yet. Some people (mayock and one of the other guys doing combine) compared his game to Gaithers who the Ravens took in the supplementary back a couple years ago.

After Okung, there is probably various opinions of who is the best tackle.

Bruce Campbell would be the wrong pick. We need an OT that can come in a play now! and at a high level. We need IMPACT PLAYERS. Fuck this drafting raw talent in the first 2 rounds, & getting no production outta them all season.

I like 5 other OT's better than Bruce Campbell. He's just a freak athlete playing OT. His footwork & focus is an issue. He only played in 17 games. He's only 21 years old. And he's been injury prone. Not to mention his game tape has been described by coaches & scouts as "TERRIBLE".

We could definitely use a guard, but generally guards dont get taken until at least the middle of the 1st round, if not the end.

yup
i would rather have Charles out SC
Bulaga
TRENT WILLIAMS

if Okung is taken which is most likely to happen
Williams will be the best valued pick.

i hope Davis learns from his Terapin combine mistake, and doesnt get a hard on for Campbell.
I thought campbell would be good after watching his combine and his numbers,, the film shows otherwise any gametape i have seen of him is not great..

I'm permanently fucked up on LSU players, man...I tohught Doucett would have had more impact by now..D. Bowe, Glenn Dorsey, that whiteboy on the Chargers who likes Elvis...all these guys have been bums.

Obviously Mr. Motivation himself, JaMarcus Russell....

Plus, fuck a mean run blocker if he can't pass protect...Barnes is a nasty run blocker too, if he stays healthy, I'd rather keep him and draft a more sure shot pass protecting RT...

...BULAGA!!

yes but Black is OL and none of those players are OL.. Laron Landry is a good player and so is Bowe..

But you forgot Buster Davis who sucks too.. But yea, it's more with skill players who blow... Black is not a terrible pass blocker by any means...

He would be a great pickup.

is a " breakthrough year " in a Cornell Green year lol

Black is good
nasty ass run blocker as mentioned
underrated pass blocker..

i still like charles brown more
brown is more agile
and has more upside.
but i admit i am an SC guy..

the only reason bowe is bad is because he's in KC, and they're just as bad as us. they have the QB but they don't have the line for the qb. if bowe is on another team, he becomes instantly better.

Doesn't matter for me. We need to elevate our run game to the next level and keep our qb upright. I would rather take the best OG in the draft instead of taking the 3, 4 or 5th best OT prospect.
