I hope they get somebody that is good. We all know that we don't want another Tony Cornholer to listen to!!!

It's also reported here...

A position at the Raiders in some administration role looming? This was rumored early last season when Davis said he has someone local lined up but "cant" speak about it "due to contractual reasons".

Not sure if that's actually true, but it would be cool to have him back.

I'm gonna miss him too.. I love the way he breaks it down play by play with high details.. He was a great coach and a great broadcaster as well..

I always turn down the sound on the TV and listen to the Raiders radio broadcast. :csa:

Props to Madden for his incredible career. Winningest head coach in the history of the NFL: .750. Doubt we ever find another one of those...

Love what he says at the end of this..

I was just watching Around the Horn and Mariotti said he is glad Madden retired so Chris Collingsworth can do the games now cause he does a better job talking about the game, wtf! Does anyone else here like Chris Collingsworth? Cause personally I cant stand him as an announcer.

Very true but even if you minus the Raider hater in him he's still a douche :funana:

Chris C is pretty good with football knowledge, but kinda seems like an arrogant egomaniac.

Wish I could do that cause when I listen to the Raiders radio broadcast it's through the internet and it's delayed by like 2 mins.

Yup, that was a cool moment in Oaktown.

The video doesn't show it but the Cardinals came storming out to the field during Maddens speech. Madden said something to the effect of "Well I guess I should cut it short, looks like some people are ready to play football"

The place booed the Cards like crazy, beers were flyin at them and the coin flip hadn't even happened yet.
