Nah! not kicked off the team.Things are just getting more "pussified" everyday. She may have been excessive for soccer, but she didn't hurt anybody or do a Zadane.Bullshit if she is kicked off the team. She should be headed straight to the Olympic team. The Brazilian women play just as tough.

2009/10 UEFA Champions League draw
Quarter-finals: 30/31 March & 6/7 April
1: Olympique Lyonnais (FRA) v FC Girondins de Bordeaux (FRA)
2: FC Bayern München (GER) v Manchester United FC (ENG)
3: Arsenal FC (ENG) v FC Barcelona (ESP, holders)
4: FC Internazionale Milano (ITA) v PFC CSKA Moskva (RUS)
The Arsenal-Barca draw should be good with Barca prevailing in the end.

Bradley is going to have a bunch of bums to cut tomorrow. Off the top of my head....Pearce, Bornstein, Buddle, Ching and Onyewu. Get them the hell off our team! I'd rather have Charlie Davies at 50% over those clowns.
Holden, Hercules, Cherundulo and Klejstian made the squad because the others played so shitty. Nothing to write home about.
I feel bad for the US fans who paid good coin to watch Donovan, Bocanegro, Altidore, Howard and Bradley sit up in a luxury suite and eat nachos. These guys should have at least played the first half. What Bradley did was a slap in the face to all US fans. The bums that played today will be lucky to get 20 minutes on the field in the World Cup.
We better have all of our starters playing in Saturday's game against theTurks. I don't care if we risk injury. These guys need to build some chemistry. The World Cup is less than 3 weeks away. Shit.

I pretty agree with this, but honestly, Argentina has the luxory of 6 fantastic forwards and Milito will be on the team, so it's not a done deal that he doesn't start. Of course, this is typical Argentine B.S. with Maradona playing his son-in-law.
They have the best player in the world, Leo Messi, the best defensive midfielder in the world, Javier Mascherano and a host of young talented players around him. Davies was a passenger in a serious car accident last Fall. A passenger was killed. Charlie had broken bones and lacerations all over his body. He made a miraculous comeback attempt, but didn't pass his final fitness test with his club team. Davies will be sorely missed. http://www.sportingnews.com/soccer/article/2009-10-13/us-soccers-charlie-davies-injured-fatal-car-accident
Yeah, Bornstein (Raider fan), Buddle and Onyewu made the squad. Bornstein has show flashes of playmaking, but he has done nothing recently. Buddle can strike the ball, but isn't a real creator. Onyewu has a lot of international experience, but he's coming off an injury and doesn't look like the same player.
With Davies, I think we would advance to at least the quarters. Since that's not the case, we'll be lucky to make it out of our group. Davies is THAT good...

^ Well noted. I do see how from a cohesive standpoint Milito and Messi are like having two of the same skill sets out there. Like having 2 players play the same position, but still that is the best 3.
As for Mascherano I still see him as the best overall MF, though you have a point about Cambiasso. How he is not invited is beyond me. The U.S. would kill to have a guy like that and Maradonna leaves him off the squad.
Maradonna is going to essentially be the death of this team if they don't win it. He's been a bad coach and a political one at that.

yeaa i think maradona needs to use the argentinian squad,
kinda of Man City plays Adebayor, Bellamy , And Tevez.
But im no coach, or a wizard of soccer formations...
Yup Mascherano is a top D-MD in the world no doubt i just like how solid cambiasso has been playing for a while now, he just shuts down, cant shoot, or be much offensive, but its just very solid at defending.
How u dont even have him on the bench is beyond me..
I Saw the U.S game, i came impressed by how quickly they shifted teh momentum, it looked like turkey was just going to tear it up, but theyre not really much of a power squad anyways..
I did see that The U.S gives up way to much space inside, They will get torn up bad if they keep leaving all that space in there, u gave england that much space nd by god lennon and lampard will tear it up in that attacking middle part of the field.
I remember who Ogunyewe was now, didnt really do much , IMO this last game, but was real solid in confederations last year.
And i loved what FInley brought to the game, first time i have seen him play, and he is just DYNAMIC. hope teh us does good.
Oh one last thing i just throw out there.
I have the Netherlands being a real real dark horse in this cup.
THEY have the making of a great Counter Attack game, and i mean great, real offensive playmakers there in Holland.

If the Netherlands can keep from the off-field infighting, they have a real, legit shot...but every cup that kills them. They are a fast, press team.
I did see some things I liked in the US-Turkey game, but I too noticed the space they gave up to Turkish offensive players. Hopefully they can play tighter. I did see them play with quick feet which was something I must've missed in other games. They didn't play fast as much as quick and I liked the quick decisions with the ball too. That defense better shore up in the middle though, there were more than a couple cross pass chances in the box with multiple open players that Turkey didn't make the US pay for.
