Honestly I'm really not into being a health nut (super fast metabolism, I've been 180 lbs for like 3 straight years) but looking at the label, I was pretty shocked. A 500ml can of Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup had like 900mg of sodium. Might as well eat a salt shaker for dinner. :D
