A bouncer has sued McFadden, two of his brothers and the owner of the Little Rock piano bar after getting injured on the job during a bar brawl that happened some 15 months ago, The Chronicle has learned.

I think those kinds of things have a 2 yr or so time limit. I know i've heard of some ridiculous lawsuits that happened hecka long ago.

What they do is go for a high dollar amount and then either they settle out of court for a good dollar amount or the judge want's to stick it to a "celebrity,sports player" and they give the person suing a good chunk of that high amt. they were going after.
