Yup, and all he's done in his career is prove that Durant 110% should have been the pick instead. There is still time for him but Oden has been injured and ineffective, whereas the sky is the limit for Durant.

The Blazers would be on fire with Durant. He's already one of the 15 best NBA players IMO.

I'm intrigued to see what Durant is going to develope into, one hell of a rookie. He came in the game really strong i like that! That boy got some mad skills!

4th in overall scoring, 2nd amongst all forwards in FG%, 4th in steals per game, and it's his 2nd year in the league. If the Thunder had anyone other than him and Westbrook he'd probably have 3-4 more assists per game too.

The only thing about Durant is that he's playing on a pathetic team. They have a bright future no doubt, but if he was on the Spurs or Lakers I seriously doubt he'd be putting up the same type of numbers.
But again, the sky is the limit for him. I could easily see him averaging 30-8-5 next year with 50% shooting.
